Explain the business context
Identify your company or planned brand, contact details, target audience, and intended sales countries. Company location and sales market are different facts; include both when relevant.
Describe the product
Specify a softgel, capsule, or powder format and the proposed formulation or product requirements. If you do not have a formula, describe the development support needed. Avoid sharing confidential formulas before confidentiality terms are agreed.
Count finished units, not just capsules
State the number of bottles, boxes, or bags and their contents. For example, 100 bottles containing 60 capsules each describes 100 finished units and 6,000 capsules. The minimum of 100 finished units is not a minimum of 100 capsules. This arithmetic is an example, not an offered package specification.
Define packaging and acceptance requirements
Provide the proposed pack format, labeling needs, testing documents, and any importer requirements. Indicate what is essential and what can be assessed. Share a factory preference if you have one, but site selection remains subject to project fit.
Understand the quotation window
We commit to a quote within 48 calendar hours after complete requirements have been received. A brief with unresolved specifications may need clarification first. This is a quotation commitment, not a promise of production or delivery within 48 hours.
General procurement guidance. Project specifications and applicable requirements must be confirmed separately.
