The form collects your name, email, brand or company, sales market, dosage form, and project description. Optional fields cover quantity, packaging, specifications, website, and factory preference. Do not submit health information, identity documents, or confidential formulas.
How it is used
Information is stored in the website backend to evaluate and respond to manufacturing requests. Submission does not enroll you in marketing. Records are not publicly readable. Hashed email and network identifiers are used to limit abuse.
Local browser data
A non-sensitive receipt number is retained in session storage after successful submission so your confirmation survives a refresh. An in-memory request key helps prevent duplicate submissions. Neither stores your formula or contact details in the page URL.
Before public launch
The responsible business must publish its legal name, privacy contact, retention and deletion rules, applicable lawful basis, service-provider details, and cross-border transfer information. This preview is not a substitute for that review.
