Within 48 calendar hours after we receive your complete project requirements. These include your target market, dosage form, product specifications, finished-unit quantity, contents per unit, and packaging requirements. If information is missing, your inquiry can still be submitted, but the quotation window begins only when the required details have been received.

Yes. Share your product idea, intended market, and what you know so far. Choose “Not sure yet” where appropriate. Your initial discussion will clarify the development work and information needed before a manufacturing quote can be prepared.

We welcome B2B project inquiries from emerging brands, established supplement businesses, importers, distributors, and Amazon or DTC brands. Channel requirements must be assessed for your specific product; manufacturing does not guarantee marketplace approval.

Our core formats are softgels, hard capsules, and sachets and powders. If you have another format in mind, select “Other” in the project form so its feasibility can be assessed. Other formats are not represented as confirmed production capabilities.

Private label generally starts with an available base formulation, where suitability and availability must first be confirmed. Custom formulation involves developing or adapting a product brief. Manufacturing a customer-owned formula is a third path. Scope, intellectual property, and exclusivity are set out in the agreement.

Our manufacturing locations are Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, and the United States. The appropriate location depends on your dosage form, specifications, packaging, and project requirements. A factory location does not automatically determine the origin claim or market authorization of every product.

You can tell us your preferred location. The production site is confirmed after reviewing the actual capabilities, product requirements, and commercial terms. We do not assume every format or minimum-order configuration is available at every location.

Tell us which specifications, certificates, testing records, or batch documents your procurement team needs. Availability, scope, applicable facility, and timing must be confirmed for your project. We do not treat a facility registration as a product approval.

No. The commitment concerns a quote after complete requirements have been received. Sampling, development, production, and shipping have separate schedules determined by formulation, materials, packaging, capacity, and approvals.

Manufacturing specifications and documentation support are agreed per project. The brand, importer, and local responsible parties must establish their regulatory obligations. Manufacturing capability is not a guarantee of market authorization, label compliance, or customs clearance.

Please do not include a confidential formula, personal health information, or identification documents in the initial inquiry. Describe the project at a high level. Confidentiality, information exchange, and formula ownership should be agreed before sensitive technical documents are shared.
