Buyer resources / Field notes

The minimum is a starting point

Our production minimum starts at 100 finished sales units. Confirm which configuration applies to the formula, sales pack, and selected factory. Do not assume different formulas or SKUs can be combined to meet one minimum.

Materials and formulation affect the scope

Ingredient sourcing, compatibility assessment, and any development work influence the project. A new formula and a repeat order may have very different preparation requirements. Ask which materials and specifications need approval before scheduling.

Packaging is part of manufacturing

Bottle or bag selection, contents per pack, artwork, labels, and printed packaging can influence quantities and availability. Confirm which options are standard for the project and which need separate sourcing or development.

Separate the clocks

There are different timeframes for quotation, development, samples, production, release, and transport. The 48-hour commitment begins when quote requirements are complete; the production schedule is established separately.

Approve the inputs before scaling

Agreed specifications, sampling decisions, quality requirements, packaging approval, and commercial terms form the basis for a production run. A clear brief and timely approvals help reduce avoidable changes.

General procurement guidance. Project specifications and applicable requirements must be confirmed separately.
